Quality Coordinator – Plastics & Packaging Full Time

RPO Recruitment is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Coordinator to join our client’s team in the Packaging & Plastics industry. As a Quality Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring product quality, adherence to standards, and customer satisfaction.

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and implementing quality control processes and procedures. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to monitor quality, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous quality enhancements.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and implement quality control processes and procedures.
• Conduct quality checks and inspections to ensure adherence to standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify quality improvement opportunities.
• Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Investigate customer complaints and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain and update quality documentation and records.
• Provide training and support to employees on quality control processes.
• Participate in audits and compliance activities.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a quality coordination role within the packaging & plastics industry.
• Knowledge of quality control processes and standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
• Experience with ISO and other quality management systems is preferred.
