Site QS – Construction Industry – R720K – R540K Full Time

Description:

RPO Recruitment’s client, a leading building and civil contractor in Gauteng, is currently seeking a dedicated and hardworking Site Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic team in Centurion as soon as possible. 

The successful incumbent will be responsible for managing all costs related to the company’s building projects, ensuring that all projects are completed within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of contract documents, including bills of quantities
• Undertaking cost analysis
• Assisting in establishing a client’s requirements and undertaking feasibility studies
• Performing risk, value management, and cost control during construction
• Providing advice on contractual claims and disputes
• Track changes to the design and/or construction work, and adjusting budget projections accordingly

Requirements:

• National Diploma in Building or BTech degree in Quantity Surveying
• Between 5 and 10 years’ experience in the construction industry working in a Quantity Surveying capacity for well-established building contractors
• Proficiency in CCS Candy and BuildSmart essential

Benefits:

Salary:  R540K – R720K CTC per annum, negotiable
