Operations Manager (Pr CM/Pr Eng/Pr Tech Eng) – RHOWD Full Time

A great new career opportunity has become available for an experienced Operations Manager at a well-established civil contractor in Durban.  The successful incumbent will be reporting directly to the CEO and will be overseeing all operations within the company.

Minimum requirements include:

• National Diploma/BTech/BSc/BEng in Civil Engineering
• MBA degree advantageous
• Over 15-20 years’ extensive experience in a civil contracting environment with solid exposure to general civil engineering works, concrete structures, township development and maintenance services, roads and earthworks
• Over 10 years’ experience in a similar capacity (Operations Manager, Contracts Manager or Director level)
• Professional registration with either SACPCMP or ECSA
• Well spoken and presentable, analytical, diplomatic, confident, problem solver and a team player
