Site Manager (Building) – Construction Industry Full Time

RPO Recruitment’s client, a well-established medium-sized building contractor is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join its Cape Town team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on construction professional with a solid track record of delivering high-quality building projects safely, on time, and within budget.

Requirements:

• National Diploma or Degree in Building, Construction Management or a related qualification.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Site Manager on commercial, residential and/or industrial building projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing and quality standards.
• Ability to manage subcontractors, labour and site resources effectively.
• Good understanding of OH&S legislation and site safety requirements.
• Valid driver’s licence and own reliable transport.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Benefits:

Salary:  R360K – R420K CTC per annum
