Debtors Clerk Full Time

Description

A dynamic recruitment company, RPO Recruitment, is seeking a capable and experienced Debtors Clerk to join their clients team. As a Debtors Clerk, you will be responsible for various accounting, bookkeeping, and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities
 

  • Accurately records all incoming payments from customers.
  • Prepares and sends invoices to customers on time.
  • Regularly reconciles customer accounts to ensure all payments are accounted for.
  • Contacts customers to remind them of due payments and handles any payment discrepancies.
  • Keeps detailed records of all transactions, communications, and payment statuses.


Requirements

  • High School Certificate essential
  • Have no less than 75% for Accounting
  • Fully bilingual. Write and speak Afrikaans and English
  • Own transport
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment

Benefits

  • Salary: R72k per year – R84k per year
