Senior Wet Trade Foreman– High-End Residential & Commercial Development Full Time

Our client, a leading property development and construction group, is seeking an experienced Senior Wet Trade Foreman to oversee and manage all wet trade operations on prestigious high-end residential and commercial developments in Cape Town.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of proven experience supervising wet trades on building projects
• Extensive hands-on experience across all wet trade disciplines
• Demonstrated track record on high-end residential and/or commercial developments
• Experience managing large wet trade teams
• Proven ability to deliver quality workmanship consistently
• High-end residential developments (apartments, townhouses, luxury homes)
• Commercial building projects
• Multi-storey building construction
• Face brick and architectural finishes
• High-quality tiling and finishes
• Valid driver’s license
