RPO Recruitment’s client is looking for a Senior Sales Representative to join their team in Cape Town, Western Cape. This is a replacement position and requires a motivated individual with strong sales experience and a hands-on approach.
Responsibilities:
Handle sales functions including cold calling (details to be discussed during the interview)
Meet and exceed agreed-upon sales targets (to be discussed at the interview)
Engage in hands-on tasks such as offloading and loading of vehicles
Travel locally as needed, including occasional overnight stays
Work late on occasion to meet operational demands
Collaborate effectively within a team environment
Conduct sales activities in a bilingual (English and Afrikaans) environment
Requirements:
Valid driver’s licence (ideally Code EB to tow trailers)
Own reliable vehicle
Proficient in Microsoft Office
No criminal record or history of substance abuse
Ability to work well under pressure
Willingness to be involved in practical, hands-on tasks
Able to start as soon as possible
