Senior Professional QS – PQS Industry Full Time

RPO Recruitment’s client, a reputable Professional Quantity Surveying firm based in Somerset West is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor who is professionally registered to join their dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of building and development projects within a well-established consultancy environment.

Requirements:

• BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying.
• Professional registration as Pr QS (SACQSP).
• Minimum 7–10 years’ experience in a PQS environment.
• Strong experience across building and/or property development projects.
• Advanced knowledge of construction contracts, cost management, and measurement.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel essential) as well as proficiency in relevant QS software.
• Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently and effectively.
