Technical Lead/Project Manager – Property Development Industry – R600K – R480K Full Time

RPO Recruitment’s client, a well-established company operating in the property development industry in Cape Town is currently in search of a hardworking and diligent Technical Lead/Project Manager who can join their successful and growing team as soon as possible. 

Responsibilities:

• Site administration and oversight
• Strategy determination
• Solution methodology
• Quote coordination and quote interrogation
• Access scheduling
• Programme management, budget management and coordination
• Stringent quality control

Requirements:

• Relevant Construction Management/Project Management Degree or Diploma
• Minimum 8-10 years’ experience in the project/construction management of large residential developments
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong reporting skills with the ability to manage various projects simultaneously in a fast-paced work environment

Benefits:

• Salary:  R480K/yr – R600K/yr
