Our client in Cape Town is looking to hire a Senior Lead Electrical Engineer for Building Services.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• B Eng BSc Eng, BTech in Electrical (HC, MV, LV) Engineering
• Must be professionally registered. (Pr Eng or Pr Tech Eng)
• 10 years’ post grad experience
• Must be able to deal with both Staff and Clients
• Must be Bilingual in English and Afrikaans
• Previous Consulting Engineering experience
Main Responsibilities:
• Electrical Building Services Design Engineer managing own projects and Electrical Design teams for Building Services Projects.
• Manage and contract supervision of Building Services projects – MV and LV expertise.
• Report writing, compiling of technical specification and bills of quantities.
• Prepare contract documentation.
• Liaise with clients, staff, and other professionals from inception to handover phase.
