RPO Recruitment is currently seeking a reliable and friendly Receptionist to join our clients team. As a Receptionist , you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors. Your warm and professional demeanor will create a positive and welcoming environment for all who enter their office.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and visitors with a friendly and approachable attitude
• Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
• Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies
• Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for executives and managers
• Assist with various administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages

Requirements

• Proven experience as a receptionist
• Have experience using Buildsmart
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
• Exceptional customer service skills
