Senior Building Estimator – Building Construction Industry Full Time

Our client, a well-established building contractor, is seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to join their leadership team in Cape Town . This is a senior-level position offering direct reporting lines to executive management and significant influence over business development and profitability.

Requirements:

• BSc or BTech Quantity Surveying
• 12-15 years of estimating experience in a building environment
• Solid proficiency in CCS, BuildSmart, MS Office
• Experience in project scoping/BOQ development, measurement take-offs from site and plan, developing material, labour, subcontractor, plant and equipment budgets, compiling project programs and cashflow forecasts
• Comprehensive knowledge of contract suites: GCC, JBCC, NEC, and FIDIC
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Valid driver’s license
