Sales Representative Full Time

RPO Recruitment is currently seeking a talented and self-motivated Sales Representative to join their clients team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of clients and promote our recruitment services to meet their needs.

Responsibilities:

• Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
• Present and demonstrate our recruitment services to potential clients
• Negotiate and close sales contracts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful completion of projects
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions

Requirements

• Experience in variable frequency drives, PLC’s and industrial automation is a added advantage
• Knowledge of CRM system and process
• Knowledge of MS Windows/MS Word, MS PowerPoint & MS Excel
• Superior oral/written communication skills
• Knowledge of Modbus, Communication Protocols
• Basic knowledge of electrical requirements for VSDs
• Any sales qualifications or courses advantageous
