Factory Administrator – Packaging Full Time

RPO Recruitment is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Factory Administrator to join our client’s packaging team. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support that ensures the smooth operation of the factory’s daily activities, while contributing to the overall efficiency of production processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage administrative tasks, including data entry, record keeping, and filing
• Assist in maintaining inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed
• Coordinate schedules and meetings for factory management
• Prepare and distribute reports and documentation related to production and operations
• Support HR functions, including onboarding and maintaining employee records
• Assist during audits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Communicate effectively with staff and management to facilitate operational workflows

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree is a plus
• 2+ years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within a manufacturing or packaging environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Attention to detail and accuracy in tasks
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with safety and regulatory compliance in a manufacturing setting is advantageous
