RPO Recruitment’s client is looking for a Sales Consultant to join their team in Pinetown, KwaZulu-Natal.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring business growth.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing packaging solutions.
Handle customer complaints efficiently and ensure high levels of service satisfaction.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while identifying opportunities for business growth.
Source new business and expand sales in alignment with company strategy.
Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports, analyzing performance against targets.
Manage price increases and maintain accurate pricing tables.
Stay informed about competitor activities, market trends, and customer perceptions.
Ensure customer engagements and feedback align with industry standards and company policies.
Requirements:
2-3 years of sales experience with a proven track record.
Marketing or Sales Qualification (Degree advantageous).
FMCG sales experience is essential.
Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
