Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and maintenance on diesel engines and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues and perform necessary repairs.
• Replace or repair faulty components and minimize equipment downtime.
• Document all maintenance and repair work accurately.
• Manage inventory and order parts and materials required for repairs.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certification or diploma in Diesel Mechanics or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Diesel Mechanic, with a focus on heavy machinery or vehicles.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Effective troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Team player with excellent communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
