Regional Branch Manager – Cape Town Full Time

RPO Recruitment is searching for a talented and dynamic Regional Branch Manager to join our client’s team in Cape Town. In this role, you will oversee multiple branches within your region, ensuring operational efficiency, profitability, and adherence to company policies. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive sales growth, enhance customer satisfaction, and manage branch teams effectively. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a deep understanding of the industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and projects with set targets and timelines.
• Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
• Implement marketing and advertising plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire the team to achieve high performance.
• Measure and manage operations and sales.
• Deal with escalated customer issues.

Requirements

• Proven track record of achieving business goals and revenue targets.
• Experience within a multinational enterprise.
• Must be a resident of the Western Cape.
• Industry knowledge and experience in adhesive tapes or similar packaging.
