Quality Assurance Manager – Packaging Full Time

In this pivotal role, you will oversee the quality assurance processes related to packaging materials and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving quality improvements, maintaining product integrity, and meeting customer expectations in the fast-paced packaging sector.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality control procedures specific to packaging
• Monitor compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements
• Conduct inspections and audits of packaging processes to identify areas for enhancement
• Analyze quality data and metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues
• Lead and mentor the quality assurance team, fostering a culture of quality

• Bachelor’s degree in Packaging Science, Materials Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Quality Assurance role, preferably within the packaging industry
• Strong understanding of packaging materials, processes, and quality standards
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional leadership and interpersonal communication skills
• Adept at working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
