Position: Printers Engineer
RPO Recruitment, a reputable recruitment agency, are seeking a skilled and experienced Printers Engineer to join their client’s team. The Printers Engineer will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting various types of printers and printing equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in the field of printing technology and possess excellent problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
– Install and set up a variety of printers and printing equipment, including laser printers, inkjet printers, and 3D printers.
– Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance of printers and printing equipment.
– Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with printers and printing equipment, and implement solutions in a timely manner.
– Replace faulty parts and components as needed, and coordinate with vendors for repair services when necessary.
– Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair activities, as well as inventory of spare parts and supplies.
– Provide training and support to end-users on proper usage and maintenance of printers and printing equipment.
– Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in printing technology and recommend upgrades or enhancements as needed.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or a related field.
– Proven experience working as a Printers Engineer or in a similar technical role.
– Strong knowledge of various types of printers and printing technology.
– Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
– Familiarity with diagnostic tools and software used in the printing industry.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Good communication and interpersonal skills.
– Certification in printer maintenance and repair is a plus.
