Quality Assurance Manager – FMCG Full Time

As the Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining quality control processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures
• Monitor and enforce compliance with quality standards, regulations, and customer specifications
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement
• Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and patterns
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions
• Lead and manage the quality assurance team

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Food Science, Chemistry, or Quality Management
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Quality Assurance role within the FMCG industry
• Strong knowledge of quality control processes, regulations, and standards
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
