Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of assigned projects from inception to completion.
• Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate and supervise project team members, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement effective solutions.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Maintain clear and open communication with stakeholders, providing updates and reports as required.
• Ensure all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or certification in Project Management or a related field is advantageous.
• Proven experience as a Project Supervisor or in a similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to read and interpret project plans and technical drawings.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and quality assurance standards.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
