Business Unit Coordinator – Packaging Firm – R250K – R150K Full Time

RPO Recruitment’s client is a packaging company based in Port Elizabeth and has an exciting opportunity or an experienced Business Unit Coordinator based in Port Elizabeth.

Responsibilities:

• Working with the SHEQ Manager to ensure that the department complies with the requirements of the company’s Health & Safety and Food Safety policies.
• Controlling and monitoring of all raw material and finished goods into and out of the department.
• Accurate weekly stock takes of raw materials, finished goods and consumables.
• Material reconciliations and capturing of data into SAP.
• Updating the efficiency schedules on a daily basis.
• Updating weekly staffing plans, training plans and wage schedules.
• General administrative duties as required by the Production Manager.
• Update the register of NCQR and CFAR’s for monitoring of trends and statistics.
• Follow up on DRM actions.
• Submit and follow-up on trials and associated ISIR requests.
• Assist with staff and general queries.

Requirements:

• Minimum of a National Diploma, a Degree is preferred.
• Have at least 2-3 years’ experience in an administrative type position
• Experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment will be advantageous
• Excellent computer skills, (advanced Excel essential)
• Excellent administration skills
• SAP knowledge advantageous
• High levels of accuracy
• Good communication skills
• Highly motivated team player

Benefits:

• Salary: R150K/yr – R250K/yr, salary negotiable
