Project/Site Manager (Building) – Construction Industry Full Time

RPO Recruitment’s client, a leading subcontractor in the Western Cape is currently looking to hire a qualified and experienced Project Manager or Site Manager who can join their successful and growing team in Cape Town as soon as possible and contribute positively towards the success of their projects.  

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing, leading and guiding a small team of Junior Site Managers whilst ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and within budget.  

Requirements:

• National Diploma in Building/BTech in Construction Management or similar
• Over 10 years’ extensive experience in the building construction industry in a similar capacity
• Proven management and mentoring experience
• Presentable with excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail with good technical skills and abilities
• Computer literate
• Valid driver’s license
