Job Title: Production Engineer

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the production process of packaging materials, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met.
Responsibilities:
– Plan, coordinate, and execute production schedules for packaging materials
– Monitor and analyze production processes to identify areas for improvement
– Develop and implement strategies to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve quality
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure production goals are met
– Train and supervise production staff to adhere to safety protocols and procedures
– Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during production
– Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
– Stay current on industry trends and advancements in packaging technology
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
– Minimum of 3 years of experience in production engineering, preferably in the packaging industry
– Strong knowledge of production processes, equipment, and materials used in packaging
– Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
– Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
– Strong communication and leadership skills
– Knowledge of safety regulations and quality control standards
