Procurement Manager – FMCG Full Time

RPO Recruitment is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Procurement Manager to join our client in the FMCG industry. As a Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process to ensure the timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials, equipment, and services needed for the manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement procurement strategies to support the manufacturing operations
• Identify reliable suppliers and vendors and negotiate contracts and agreements
• Manage supplier performance and resolve any issues or disputes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement activities with manufacturing goals and objectives
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures
• Monitor and track procurement activities, including purchase orders and delivery schedules
• Optimize procurement costs and identify cost-saving opportunities
• Stay updated on market trends and industry best practices in the manufacturing industry

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the FMCG industry
• Strong knowledge of procurement principles, practices, and techniques
• Experience in negotiating contracts and agreements with suppliers
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, or a related field
• Proficiency in procurement software and tools
