Millwright – Germiston Full Time

RPO Recruitment’s client is looking for a Millwright to join their team in Germiston, Gauteng.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with plastics packaging machinery and a strong background in both mechanical and electrical maintenance.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and repair equipment including Husky, Sidel, Nissei, and Injection Blowmoulding machines

• Conduct fault finding and diagnostics on compressors and production systems

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance to ensure machine uptime

• Support production teams by minimizing downtime and resolving technical issues promptly

• Read and interpret electrical and mechanical diagrams

• Complete maintenance logs and documentation accurately

• Adhere to health and safety protocols during all tasks

• Propose and implement improvements to equipment and processes

Requirements:

• Trade Tested Millwright

• Experience in a plastics packaging manufacturing environment

• Knowledge of Injection Blowmoulding and compressor systems

• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting ability

• Familiar with automated production machinery
