Job Title: Marketing Executive

Overall Purpose:

RPO’s client is currently seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Executive to join their dynamic marketing team. The Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and ultimately, sales growth. This role requires someone with a strong understanding of digital marketing techniques, social media platforms, and market trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and online advertising, to drive customer acquisition and retention
• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to inform future strategy
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop promotional materials, including print and digital ads, brochures, and presentations
• Manage the company’s social media presence, creating engaging content and responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences, using insights to inform marketing strategy
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online marketing, making recommendations for how to improve marketing efforts
• Support the Marketing Manager in developing and executing overall marketing plans and strategies
• Assist in organizing and attending marketing events, such as trade shows, conferences, and product launches

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B or technology industry
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, social media management tools, and email marketing software
• Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing content
• Ability to think creatively and strategically, with a strong attention to detail
• Proven track record of executing successful marketing campaigns
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Experience with event planning and coordination is a plus
