Demand Planner – Beverage Industry Full Time

RPO Recruitment is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Demand Planner to join our client’s team in the Beverage Industry. As a Demand Planner, you will be responsible for developing and executing demand forecasts, analyzing inventory levels, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize production and distribution.

Responsibilities include:

• Develop and maintain demand forecasts based on historical data, market trends, and sales analysis
• Analyze inventory levels and work closely with suppliers to optimize stock availability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on demand plans and strategies
• Monitor and communicate forecast accuracy and demand variances to stakeholders
• Identify potential supply chain disruptions and provide recommendations for improvement
• Utilize demand planning systems and tools to support forecasting and analysis

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in demand planning or supply chain management in the Beverage Industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make accurate forecasts
• Experience with demand planning software and advanced Excel skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

• Salary: R600k – R500k CTC per annum
