Logistics Controller – Agriculture Full Time

RPO Recruitment is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Controller to join our client’s team in the agriculture sector. This role is based in a dynamic environment where effective logistics and supply chain management play a vital role in supporting agricultural operations.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee the entire logistics process, including planning, execution, and monitoring of supply chain activities
• Manage transportation and distribution of goods to ensure timely deliveries
• Work closely with suppliers, farmers, and internal teams to ensure efficient inventory management
• Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize transport costs and improve service levels
• Monitor stock levels and manage the flow of goods in and out of warehouses
• Prepare and analyze logistics reports to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards in all logistics activities

• Relevant degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years experience in logistics or supply chain management, preferably in the agriculture industry
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of agricultural products and practices is advantageous
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Willingness to travel as required
