Job Description:
RPO Recruitment’s client are looking for a skilled Boilermaker to join their team in Potchefstroom within the food production industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and installing boilers, tanks, pressure vessels, and other structures using a variety of welding techniques.

Responsibilities:

• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints
• Fabricating and repairing metal components using welding equipment
• Constructing, assembling, and installing structures such as boilers, tanks, and pressure vessels
• Performing routine maintenance and repairs on equipment
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Collaborating with other team members to complete projects in a timely manner

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Boilermaker in the food production industry
• Proficiency in welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, and ARC welding
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints
• Strong attention to detail and precision in work
• Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Trade certification or relevant qualifications in Boilermaking
