Responsibilities:
Assist in prototyping and testing new products and concepts.
Design and build jigs and fixtures for use in production.
Develop and construct displays and exhibition stands for trade shows and demonstrations.
Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Research new materials and manufacturing techniques to improve product performance.
Conduct simulations and tests to ensure product performance and safety standards are met.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, and production.
Maintain clear documentation of design iterations, testing results, and production schedules.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent experience).
Knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, and quality control techniques.
Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical engineering principles.
Experience with prototyping and testing simulations.
Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to innovate.
