A leading company is looking for a Junior Maintenance Assistant with a background in racking, shelving, and general maintenance to join their team in Midrand, Johannesburg. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and hands-on professional to support the maintenance team and ensure the operational efficiency of the facility. Responsibilities:

• Assist with the installation and maintenance of racking and shelving systems.
• Perform general maintenance tasks and repairs on-site.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and potential issues.
• Support senior maintenance staff in various projects and daily tasks.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures.

Requirements:

• A background in racking, shelving, and general maintenance.
• No prior experience with ammonia is required.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a practical, hands-on approach.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
