Import & Export Manager – Food & Beverage Manufacturing Full Time

About the Company:

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee import and export operations for the company
• Coordinate with suppliers, shipping carriers, and customs brokers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products
• Ensure compliance with import and export regulations and documentation requirements
• Optimize supply chain processes to minimize costs and enhance efficiency
• Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics and identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast and plan inventory levels
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with logistics service providers

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in import and export operations within the food and beverage industry
• Strong knowledge of import and export regulations and documentation requirements
• Experience working with shipping carriers, customs brokers, and freight forwarders
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Proficiency in logistics software and systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
• Willingness to travel internationally as required
