RPO Recruitment’s Client is looking for candidates to join their team in Johannesburg, Gauteng. This position is Head of Sales, you will report to the CEO and serve as a member of their leadership team. You must be very ambitious, driven and strategic.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of sales leadership experience generating revenue as Head of Sales.
- Proficiency in at least two of these languages: English, Afrikaans, Zulu, Xhosa.
- Experience in selling B2B services to Mid-Market & Enterprise clients.
- Experience in building, managing and coaching sales teams.
- Exceptional achievement of sales goals, presentation and communication skills.
- Strategic and “hands-on” mindset and attitude.
- Experience in developing an advanced sales stack with significant automation.
- Technically savvy, you will be selling a technology-based product.
- Experience building an end-to-end sales pipeline: identifying and developing prospects from various of sources (lead lists, outside resources).
- Comfortable communicating and selling to C-suite-level clients.
- Ability to quickly adopt and learn sales processes, from prospecting to giving presentations and closing deals. Driven relationship-based sales performer.
- Proficient with technology, and sales and marketing tools, such as Freshsales or Hubspot.
