Graduate Mechanical Engineer – Johannesburg Full Time

RPO Recruitment is excited to announce an opening for a Graduate Mechanical Engineer in Johannesburg. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to kickstart their careers in mechanical engineering within a progressive and supportive environment. You will work closely with experienced engineers on various projects, gaining hands-on experience and industry knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the design and development of mechanical systems and components.
• Participate in the analysis, testing, and evaluation of engineering projects.
• Conduct research to support ongoing projects and gather relevant data.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.
• Prepare documentation, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Attend site visits and assist in project management tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Strong academic record and knowledge of engineering fundamentals.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) is preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges.
• Some exposure to the engineering or construction industry is a plus.
• A genuine passion for engineering and eagerness to grow within the field.
