General Financial Accountant Full Time

RPO Recruitment’s client is looking for a General Financial Accountant to join their team in Pretoria, Gauteng. The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting background and be responsible for maintaining financial records, ensuring compliance, and supporting financial operations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain accurate financial records
• Prepare financial statements and reports
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
• Assist with audits and tax filings
• Process payroll and manage financial transactions
• Utilize accounting software for bookkeeping and reporting
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making

Requirements:

• BCom degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Completed SAIPA or SAICA Articles
• Proficiency in Pastel Payroll and Pastel Accounting
• Strong Microsoft 365 skills, including PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and Word
• Attention to detail and strong analytical abilities
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
