Job Title: External Sales Representative

Job Description:

RPO Recruitment is currently seeking an External Sales Representative to join our client’s team in Cape Town. As an External Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling our client’s products and services to potential customers in the retail industry. You will work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage with potential customers in the retail industry
• Promote and sell our client’s products and services
• Build and maintain relationships with clients
• Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions
• Negotiate and close sales agreements
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors’ activities
• Provide excellent customer service and support

Qualifications:

• Proven track record of success in sales or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of industry trends and market dynamics
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a similar industry
