Export Supervisor – Logistics Industry – Gauteng Full Time

RPO Recruitment is actively seeking a skilled Export Supervisor to join our client’s dynamic logistics team in Centurion, Gauteng. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to oversee and coordinate road freight exports to Zimbabwe and Zambia. Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the end-to-end export process for road freight shipments to Zimbabwe and Zambia
• Coordinate with clearing agents, transporters, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth and timely deliveries
• Prepare and verify export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and customs declarations
• Monitor shipments in transit and proactively address delays or disruptions
• Ensure compliance with all cross-border trade regulations and customs requirements
• Maintain strong communication with clients, government agencies, and other stakeholders
• Maintain accurate records of export activities and generate regular performance reports
• Promote adherence to safety, quality, and operational procedures in all export functions

Requirements

• Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent qualification
• Relevant diploma or certification in Logistics, Supply Chain, or International Trade (advantageous)
• Proven experience in export supervision, specifically with road freight to Zimbabwe and Zambia
• Strong understanding of customs procedures and cross-border regulations
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in export documentation and logistics software systems
• Ability to manage multiple shipments and meet tight deadlines
• High attention to detail and commitment to operational accuracy and compliance
• Team-oriented with a proactive approach to challenges
