As the Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the punching department and ensuring the efficient and accurate production of packaging materials.
In this role, you will manage a team of operators and technicians, monitor production processes, and implement strategies to optimize productivity and quality. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement production plans, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
