Executive Sales Manager: Cement Full Time

An Innovative company based in the Limpopo has an exciting opportunity for a Executive Sales Manager: Cement. The successful candidate will be responsible to provide daily operational and strategic assistance to our General Manager and Commercial Manager. This individual will play a key role in supporting both executives with sales strategies, logistics optimization, production issues, human resource management, and high-level reporting. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, working across various departments to ensure smooth and effective operations.

Responsibilities:

• Sales Strategy Support: Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies, monitor sales performance, and provide insights to enhance revenue growth.
• Logistics Optimization: Collaborate with logistics teams to streamline processes, reduce costs, and improve the efficiency of the supply chain.
• Production Support: Address production issues, troubleshoot problems, and coordinate with production teams to ensure timely delivery of goods/services.
• Human Resource Management: Support HR processes including staffing, performance tracking, employee development, and resolving any HR-related issues that arise.
• Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for the General and Commercial Managers, highlighting key metrics, achievements, and areas needing attention.
• Coordination and Communication: Serve as a liaison between the executives and various departments, ensuring smooth communication and coordination of activities.
• Problem-solving: Act as a point of escalation for any operational challenges and work to resolve issues efficiently, leveraging resources across the organization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Sales, or a related field.
• MBA or similar advanced degree is a plus.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in a managerial support or executive assistant role, preferably in a commercial, operations, or production environment.
• Familiarity with ERP or project management software.
• Previous experience working in a similar industry or role.
