Country Lead Warehouse Services – FMCG Full Time

As the Country Lead Warehouse Services, you will be responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations and logistics activities across the country. Your expertise in warehouse management, supply chain, and team leadership will be vital in driving operational excellence and ensuring efficient delivery of products to customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all warehouse operations and logistics activities in the country
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and procedures
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize warehouse efficiency and productivity
• Oversee inventory management and implement effective control measures
• Manage and develop a high-performing team of warehouse staff
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate logistics and supply chain activities
• Identify and implement process improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and track performance
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on warehouse operations

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics operations
• Strong knowledge of warehouse and supply chain processes
• Excellent leadership and people management skills
• Proven experience in driving process improvement and operational excellence
• Good understanding of safety regulations and compliance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
