RPO Recruitment’s client is looking for a Cost Accountant to join their team in Pretoria, Gauteng. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cost accounting processes and at least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably within the steel or manufacturing sector.
Responsibilities:
Manage raw material procurement cost analysis
Oversee production costing and maintain accurate bill of materials
Perform detailed sales costing and profitability analysis
Support operational efficiency through cost control initiatives
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a cost accounting role
Strong understanding of production and bill of materials
Experience with raw material procurement and sales costing
Industry experience in steel or manufacturing is advantageous
