Civil Contracts Manager – Construction Industry – R1.3Mil – R900K Full Time

RPO Recruitment’s client, a leading civil contractor in Gauteng, is in search of a qualified and experienced Civil Contracts Manager to join their team in Johannesburg as soon as possible. 

Responsibilities:

• Manage contracts
• Oversee project budgets
• Coordinate with project teams
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

• BSc/BEng/BTech in Civil Engineering/Construction Management or similar
• Over 10 years’ experience in a contracts management capacity overseeing large-scale civil, earthworks and infrastructure projects
• Excellent knowledge of construction contracts, claims, and dispute resolution processes
• Advanced MS Excel proficiency
