C.CM / Pr.CM Construction Manager | Building Construction Industry Full Time

Our client is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join its Western Cape team. This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven construction professional with extensive experience managing multi-storey residential developments from project inception through to successful completion. 

Requirements:

• BSc/BEng in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar qualification.
• National Technical Diploma in Construction will be advantageous.
• Formal qualification in Health, Safety and Environmental Management will be advantageous.
• Registered with SACPCMP – either C.CM or Pr.CM
• Minimum 8–10 years’ experience within the building construction industry.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a senior supervisory or construction management role.
• Proven experience managing multi-storey residential construction projects.
• Extensive experience managing General Foremen, Construction Supervisors, subcontractors, and multidisciplinary site teams.
• Strong experience overseeing concrete structures, wet trades, finishing trades, and project close-out.
• Excellent understanding of construction contracts, procurement, budgeting, and commercial management.
• Strong knowledge of South African construction legislation and HSE requirements.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and engineering drawings.
