Business Unit Coordinator Full Time

RPO Recruitment is actively seeking a Business Unit Coordinator to join our client’s dynamic team in KwaZulu-Natal. Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to the business unit
• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing business activities and projects
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation for the unit
• Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and clients to ensure seamless communication and workflow
• Monitor budgets, expenses, and resources to support cost-effective operations
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and best practices
• Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency
• Prepare and present reports, insights, and recommendations to management

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Proven experience in a coordination, administration, or business support role
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other business management tools
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to challenges
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data for decision-making
