Building Site Engineer/Manager – Construction Industry – R660K – R420K Contract

Description:

RPO Recruitment’s client, a reputable and well-established building contractor in South Africa, is currently looking to hire a qualified and experienced Building Site Engineer who can join their team on one of their latest major projects in Cape Town.  This is a limited-duration contract of approximately 9-12 months. 

The successful incumbent will be required to ensure the successful completion of quality projects within both the project time frames and budget, through the coordination of all relevant parties and the on-going identification and implementation of processes, practices, and solutions that ensure

maximum efficiency and control of costs during the construction process.

Responsibilities: 

• Risk management
• Planning and organising
• Project execution
• Reporting

Requirements:

• BSc/BTech degree in Construction Management
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in managing major building projects
• Pr CM registration with SACPCMP preferred

Benefits:

Salary:  R420K – R660K CTC per annum
