Building Concrete Foreman – Construction Industry Full Time

RPO Recruitment’s client, a well-established building contractor in the Western Cape is currently on the lookout for an experienced and driven Concrete Foreman who is able to join their successful and growing team in Cape Town as soon as possible. 

Requirements:

• National Diploma in Building Science/Civil Engineering or similar
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in concrete work (formwork, pouring, finishing)
• Proven experience in supervising site staff on building construction sites
• Knowledge of concrete types and formwork systems
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Strong understanding of job site safety standards (OSHA or local equivalent)
• Good leadership, communication, and time management skills
• Basic knowledge of construction tools, equipment, and maintenance practices
