Building/Finishing Foreman – Construction Industry – R540K – R420K Contract

Description:

RPO Recruitment’s client, a well-established building contractor in South Africa, is currently seeking a dedicated and hardworking Building/Finishing Foreman to join their dynamic team on one of their latest building projects in Cape Town as soon as possible.  This is a limited duration contract of approximately 9-12 months.  

Requirements:

• National Diploma in Building or similar qualification in the built environment
• Minimum 5-10 years’ experience working on large building projects in a similar capacity
• Solid knowledge of and experience in relevant building trades, concrete works, and finishing works
• Good reporting and communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail

Benefits:

Salary:  R420K – R540K CTC per annum, negotiable
