RPO Recruitment’s Client is looking for candidates to join their team in Cape Town, Western Cape. This position is an Accountant, you will supervise and mentor the Assistant Accountant and provide training, development, and performance feedback to them. Record and review all financial transactions in the general ledger and manage month-end and year-end closing processes.

Requirements:

• BTech Cost and Management accounting, BCom or similar qualification with completed articles
• Experience in finance and accounting roles
• Effective communication skills
• Strong experience with the full Microsoft Suite (including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneDrive, Outlook, etc.)
• Good attention to detail and being able to handle large volumes of data
• Efficiently managing tasks and deadlines
• Proficiency in Syspro advantageous
