Technician Full Time

A leading company specializing in industrial equipment is seeking a skilled and service-oriented Technician to join their dynamic team based in Boksburg. This is a fantastic opportunity for a technically experienced individual who thrives on diagnostics, repair, and customer interaction within a hands-on, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintain, and repair industrial floor cleaning equipment, including walk-behind and ride-on scrubbers, sweepers, and vacuums.
• Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting both on-site and in the workshop.
• Assist with the installation and commissioning of new machines.
• Provide technical support to the sales team and customer base.
• Keep accurate job cards, service records, and warranty documentation.
• Train end-users and clients on the correct operation and maintenance of machines.
• Support stock management of spares and consumables.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of technical experience in the floor cleaning equipment industry.
• Solid knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and battery-powered systems.
• Trade-tested technician or equivalent technical qualification preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
